Questions Before You Begin

A little clarity can make the first step easier.

Is coaching the same as counseling or therapy?+

No. Coaching is practical, forward-focused support that helps you understand patterns, respond more wisely, and take healthier next steps. It is not mental-health treatment, medical care, or an emergency service.

Can I begin if my spouse will not participate?+

Yes. Solo-spouse coaching can help you gain clarity, reduce damaging reactions, establish healthy boundaries, and focus on the choices that remain within your control.

Is coaching private?+

Your information is handled respectfully and used only to communicate with you and provide coaching services. During your discovery call, Brian can answer questions about communication, records, and the practical limits of privacy.

Do I need to share your faith?+

No. TruRoot is grounded in biblical principles while welcoming individuals, couples, and families from every faith background and personal belief. You will be treated with dignity and respect.

What happens during the free discovery call?+

It is a relaxed, no-pressure 20-minute conversation about what is happening, what you hope can change, and whether TruRoot coaching is an appropriate next step. You are not committing to a package by requesting the call.

You do not have to solve everything today.

Begin with one honest conversation about what is happening, what you need, and the healthiest next step for you and your relationship.
